Pickup MusicReviews of pickupmusic.com

Incredible Value Pickup Music has an outstanding collection of lessons and videos across genres led by top notch instructors. I have been working through a variety of lessons for the past few months and am blown away by level of instruction and amount of content available, and they are always adding more. In addition, you can attend live workshops on Mondays and submit a video “performance” for personalized feedback by a member of the Pickup Music team. My skill level has been steadily improving, and most importantly I am diversifying my playing into new areas. I also highly recommend CAGED as an outstanding pathway for opening up the fretboard and becoming less reliant on tabs for those intermediate players like myself who have been stuck in their playing and overly reliant on tabs to learn and progress. I turned my brother onto Pickup Music and he is a big fan as well. Sign up today, you won’t regret it!

you get really clear instruction, in bite sized increments making it easy to commit to memory.

Pickup music is a great place to learn guitar - not only technical aspects, but also important components like feel, rhythm and style basics - along with music theory, but only if you don't mind it - nobody will ask you to learn all scales and modes and stuff. Highly recommended!

The beginner pathway has provided me with a foundation and direction that for me was an essential starting point. I was not sure when I began with Pick Up Music quite where I should begin from but I'm now convinced that the lessons learnt were invaluable. I would highly recommend Pick Up Music.

Well as a rock/metal player I think the country learning pathway its great because you add more twang to your sound! It covers a lot of useful stuff like major/minor pentatonics, bends, hybrid picking, double stops, etc. I highly recommend this pathway!

Have been looking for a platform to move me from my intermediate plateaux (who knew that was a thing?) for years. Pickup is excellent; a fresh, dynamic, responsive and above all fun user experience and I've fallen in love with playing all over again. Such a delightful community of players and musicians. An antidote to much of the metal-head / dad-rock guitar world that seems to dominate online. Thanks so much Pickup team!

I have advanced so much in such a short time. This course is certainly worth purchasing!

Pickupmusic is a fantastic online guitar learning community, it is very intuitive, very easy to navigate and packed with an amazing amount of lessons in all genres. The Pickup team really makes an effort to give guitarists the most effective way to learn. I have tried numerous online courses and this clearly and without a doubt beats them all in my opinion. Try your 2 first weeks and I'll bet you will stay. Highly recommend!
