Pickup MusicReviews of pickupmusic.com

So very happy I came across this learning platform at Pickup Music. I have been trying my best to teach myself guitar with guitar books (which has helped somewhat), watching YouTube videos, and also signed for some other online guitar teaching programs, which helped somewhat. However, Pickup Music's program is so precise, so well-organized, and So Much Fun! that the experience makes me want to play every single day! : ) Yay! I am making steady progress now, really look forward to every day learning and progressing, and am getting more comfortable with videotaping myself playing a performance piece, despite having to see the reality of my aging face : ) The coach that has been helping and encouraging me with my performance pieces has been so kind, and so real about actually caring about my progress and being so thorough in going over my performances - it's real, not just a "great job, see you next time." What a fantastic opportunity this has given me and I really appreciate it.

Valuable skills at your own pace, well chosen music, flexible learning methods, relatable instructors, individual and helpful feedback. I'm very grateful for this system, many thanks!

Best platform there is !

The only true online guitar learning site that will work if you put in the time !

Subscription model saves thousands on private lessons. The app is well divided, plenty clear and lessons are short enough to never get boring. There are also many topic to choose from.

Amazing site to learn guitar. The site is very pretty, and clean. The course are very good, and the teacher are great.

I've been playing guitar for 20 years, primarily self taught. Pickup music has been really helpful in giving me structured learning which has progressed me much more in the last few months than years of learning random riffs and songs did. The lessons are easy to follow, a good length and I feel like I'm making genuine progress on guitar for the first time in a decade. I finally feel like I'm not stuck in a rut, but actually broadening my skills and understanding.

self taught guitarist who never learned proper technique or rhythm. Having taught myself on tabs, having the video lessson AND the tab at the same time is an incredible tool. The fact that I can rewind to specific points on the tab is fantastic. The course instruction is very comprehensive. I’ve taken beginner and late beginner and learned some things along the way. Would highly recommend for someone who can’t commit to in person guitar lessons and wants to elevate their playing and musicianship through an easy to use app and learning system
