Really loving studying the jazz guitar learning pathway. A lot of work has clearly gone into creating this and it's so refreshing to have some structured learning in place!

I am very happy with my decision to have subscribed to Pickup Music. I only started playing the guitar as an adult and never had any proper lessons. The first songs I learned were through YouTube. Many times I actually spent more time looking for practice pieces than playing. I had the feeling I wasn't getting anywhere. That changed completely with Pickup Music. Thanks to the well-structured courses (I started with Late Beginner), I'm motivated to pick up the guitar. The explanations are step-by-step and easy to understand. For me, the balance of challenge and feel-good pieces feels right. The opportunity to receive personal feedback is also great. 5/5 stars.

I am an experienced guitar player for more than four decades. As yet, I've played quite intuitively, but was eventually limited in how far I could advance. The CAGED system is a great way to go from intuition to systematic. For the first time, I am understanding what I'm doing and I am beyond curious to see where this will be taking me from here. I like the instruction videos which are very clear. Molly, Sam, and Karl are great teachers and nice people, too. It is really a lot of fun.

I have been learning through tutors on and off for years and have found the clear direction and the ability to progress at my own speed and return to material, at any time helpful. The next step is right there and it is relevant to the step before.

I've played guitar for many years, I use the word "played" loosely though. While I could make up my own little tunes and read tabs, I couldn't explain why something sounded the way it did or good. I couldn't fly up and down the fret board either. Wasn't that long ago I got on Pick Up Music and started doing Mollie's Caged System. You don't even need to do half of it to find yourself having fun up and down the neck. I can only imagine where I'll be once I finish that course up, and try the many other courses they have. Basically, if you feel stuck or haven't made any progress in awhile, try it out.
