Hi Fish, Thanks for opening up the price topic. We can assure you we have the lowest rate for your destination on the global market when it comes to this quality standard. If you find lower rates, please ask yourself the following questions: -What's the quality (poor routes may come with lower rates, obviously) -Do they have extra fees per call? -What are the hidden fees? (We have no hidden fees, what you pay is what you get, no false advertising). So, please read the small print, or make sure the rate they advertise is for the destination type (mobile, landlines) you're interested in. There are many companies advertising the lower rate, usually the landlines, when you actually need the mobile rate, and then... surprise! We think that's not fair. Hi JC, Unfortunately, it is the phone acting up. We can only suggesting you make a try, and test placing calls after having installed the latest app version. Or make sure first you have the latest app version. But 99% it is your phone causing this.
