First, please consider that when using the app, the quality of the calls is highly dependent on the internet speed. Meaning that dropped calls is usually caused by a change in the internet speed. There are two solutions: 1. We recommend you make sure you've got the latest app version, which makes available functionality that would be a great alternative when your internet connection is not ideal. It is called Offline Calling. If you enable Offline Calling you'll be able to make calls without using your WiFi or cellular data. But also, you could continue to use the app for internet calls as well. So, you have two ways to make the call. 2. Another option is using an access number in your area outside the app: https://phoneclub.com/access_numbers?country=United+Kingdom It doesn't use any internet connection, instead only local call balance to connect, which is less than 1 minute. The feature is available for every call you make, in your online account, and of course, it's free. The good part is that allows you to have full control over the quality of your calls. Also, you can use the PhoneClub app and enable Offline Calling. This way, you'll be able to call with or without the internet. So, you'll always have an alternative.
