We recommend to: -star rate your problematic calls (the feature is available for each call, in your account, My Activity section) -or get in touch with us immediately when that happens so we can check on the spot: https://phoneclub.com/contact At the moment we cannot see a pattern where the calls drop after 30 minutes, but we'll continue to investigate that. Thank you fo your collaboration! Also, you may want to try the PhoneClub app. From Australia you can make calls from the app with or without using the internet. If Offline Calling is enabled, it works via an access number, just like you're calling at present. But you also have the option to call using a WiFi connection or cellular data.
