PhiloReviews of philo.com

We can watch almost all of our old favorites anytime we want via SmartTV, phone or tablet. I’ve been using Philo for 2 years and have never had a problem and never once had to call customer service. The negative reviews you’ll see on this site are so fake so don’t cheat yourself out of a good experience because of them. I pay $35 a month because I added STARZ to my channel lineup so I can watch POWER and in my opinion, I get every penny’s worth of value from Philo. I never have buffering problems or any of that other B.S. these other people are saying. I’m watching Philo right now as I type this and as long as they don’t up their prices like Netflix has been doing, me, as well as my friends will probably be customers for life.

I am ok with ad breaks however 5 minutes of ads every 10 minutes is crazy. Not worth it. Canceled less than 2 hours after I started the subscription

Do not sign up for philo! It's garbage they do not do any refunds and customer service they suck at doing there job entirely. There supervisor a 18 year old kid that doesn't know what they're doing.

This is the absolute worst app! We downloaded it to watch on patrol and it made us also download and pay for reelz now and then still was unable to watch it. I tried to call the help line and never got an answer. Good luck to y’all

way too many issues with this app. not only is there a ridiculous amount of ads. but there are limited channels. its not user friendly and customer support is non existent. i couldn't get a free trial because my roommate used it and when I reached out to customer support they said it was only one free trial per household. So If you live with other people good luck. I paid just to be disappointed. Just go straight to YouTube tv or even paramount. PHILO IS A NO

It gives me anxiety, the way it pauses forever, and leaving me to uninstall the app. Press play and pause. Def not purchasing. Thank God for trials.

I was originally gonna give this app 3 stars because of the options they offered. I even opted in for movies and tv shows but I was disappointed by the limited variety offered versus the amount that was going to be charged after my free trial. I noticed a lot of movies and shows I could watch on other platforms for waaaay cheaper. I gave this app an extra star because I forgot to cancel my subscription but the guy helping RAV was so so friendly and understanding, exactly what I needed after a long day at work. I even got that it was my fault for not canceling on time so I’m even more grateful to RAV for being able to do that for me. PHILO , you offer good content, just lower your prices cause I bet $10 and under I wouldn’t have called for being charged, I would’ve gave you another month to check your stuff out more and maybe even loved it more than the competitors. $28 a month for an app without the newer movies is ridiculous and honestly way way over priced in modern times. Please please let RAV know he is appreciated so much. He took my call around 2:30 am 7/7/2022

Couldn't log in. Contacted support. They have no way to lookup your account without your userid. If ;you forget it, well you're out of luck. By looking up my credit card info though, they WERE able to cancel my account. Long story short-it's easier to cancel your account with PHILO than it is to recover your credentials. Caveat: Support tried to get me to sign up for a new account when I already had one. Unbelievable!
