The app freezes a lot and sometimes shows that are supposed to be on DVR don't appear. But my main compliant is now since they have added HBO as an add on service, they have locked out certain seasons of episodes that aren't HBO exclusive so you are forced to buy HBO or not have access to all seasons of certain. I bet this practice will continue until those shows will be only available through having HBO access. I will be canceling.

When the app first came out it was good barely any commercials now we can sit here have 4 minutes of commercial and only 30 seconds of show and then right back to another three to four minute commercial is starting not to be worth the price because of the repeated soul nothing new is coming on and we can pretty much get all of the stuff that they have on prime

The app freezes constantly making it impossible to watch an entire movie without constantly reloading the app. Even when performing all recommended troubleshooting steps it can freeze so often that watching anything becomes impossible.

The company has great shows and content, but the amount of B's you have to go through to update a payment method? Absolutely not! Companies forget we don't pay for your convenience. Imagine how much business they lose.

Used to watch mostly Philo, but lately I'm really getting fed up with watching 10 minutes of a show to then wait through 4 or 5 minutes of commercials. This is constant throughout the shows. Pretty ridiculous. Paramount and HBO have a lot less commercials.

Philo scores big on price and reliability and customer service. Philo falls short on allowing customers to have targeted ads. On some of the channels its nearly constant horror movie ads some of them very disturbing and they do not offer an ad free option. I had to cancel my subscription due to the these disturbing ads.

I been a Philo customer for a while now. Lately they have one channel the won't play and been showing sex ads on channels. Also lately I been searching for good movies on roku and it's say coming to Philo on certain dates, when I click on it to take me to Philo it says you have to upgrade to watch which leaves the crappy movies on the regular Philo. I've also been calling for months to ad a classic channel where us older folks can watch the classics from the 30s, 40s and stuff. Most if the channels are for the bee bopper now of days. Crappy!!!!

I think you should add a yearly subscription if you're going to up the price mindas well go back to cable for the price of $32 a month
