I am sick to death of the liberal leaning advertising. I could deal with some here and there, but it has become nearly constant.

VERY BAD APP. EXPERIENCE DEFRAGMENTION ON THEIR PROGRAMS.

Fraudulent company, did not honor my cancellation request and then charged me $28 a month. The guy I canceled with a second time, two months later, did not cancel it and I had to follow up with him in the conversation to receive confirmation my account would be canceled when I had stated unequivocally in the opening "I should not have an account, it needs to be canceled" - never gave notice of creating an account, charged me under the table and only caught because of a credit card notice. 0 recourse offered because my phone records from two months ago were not immediately available.

I’ve had Philo for over 3 years now and love it! I used another streaming service before (Sling) and constantly lost connection, buffering, re-installing, etc. I don’t have any of these issues with Philo. Great channel line up at the best price!

Too many commercials. Canceling soon

Pro Liberal, too many ads The channel lineup is pretty good for the subscription price but the ads, especially anti white, anti police, pro socialist, pro liberal, you get the jist, is disgusting. Why be "woke" like all of the other streaming services? I would pay a little more each month to be able to have an add free subscription if Philo is going to be another socialist streaming service. I haven't had the unfortunate, based on many reviews, experience of dealing with their customer service. I may soon though since I am strongly considering cancelling.

I have had the service for over a year now. When I first signed up, it cost me $20 a month. The down side is they do not have a pay before due date option. So last month my account was suspended,and when I resubscribed I now have to pay $25 a month which still isn't bad. Just wish they had a early pay option.

I was very happy with the choices of shows I had to choose from in the beginning, but it didn't take long to get fed up with the nonstop ads. I pay hard earned money to enjoy my service only to endure pro Democrat ads as well as many racist commercials every few minutes. In the span of just an hour, I have seen no less than 20 political ads. These offensive and racist commercials are so often that I'm regularly hitting mute as to not have to listen to the ramblings of ignorance. How about philo remember you serve many different customers and not just a select few. Get your act together!
