Never ever use Amazon pharmacy. It it taking a week through a lot of headaches to get my medication Amazon says ups had it. Ups says they hadn't received then they said 3 days after Amazon's delivery date. In the meantime besides the headaches trying to get ahold of someone that's not a virtual assistant I get to suffer without it. Never ever use this!

No problems using PillPack for the past 7 years. Then I was forced to switch to Amazon Pharmacy, and it’s a shit show. My prescription is two weeks late, the user interface on the Amazon app is horrible, and chat support was useless. I am taking all future prescriptions to a different pharma delivery service. Amazon needs to stay out of health care.

Lost a $2,000 medication shipped via UPS. Instead they delivered a dress that was supposed to go to a lady in NY state. I live in Texas.

Should be zero stars. Amazon forced me to switch from a long time customer in the Pillpack service that they bought, to Amazon pharmacy. That experience is an unmitigated disaster. Amazon decided my prescriptions were optional, they decided to ship 2 of 7. Then when you contact in chat or by phone the only thing they can tell you is that they don't know what is going on and can't fix anything. So you have to log in and try to fix it yourself, but the online portal is malfunctioning, but if you do ever find the page to order a hold over supply and go through the ordering process then it will tell you that they can't give you your insurance price, so you will have to pay the cash pay price. Come on Jeff! This ain't socks and batteries! If you can't do this right don't do it at all. And don't buy the company that was doing it right and put them out of business! Amazon doesn't fail often, but this was a big fail. A raving Amazon fan is not so raving tonight.

Amazon has taken the PillPack experience and turned it into a nightmare. Once you figure out how to reach a live person, you will discover that they can't do anything to correct errors on you PillPack order; you have to do it on the webpage -- which you have to figure out how to use! Although certain medications were delivered to me for years in packets by PillPack, Amazon now claims that they must be delivered in bottles only. No explanation, just new rules. Good luck trying to get a vacation override from Amazon, a simple request that PillPack was able to make happen over the phone. Most recently, the person I was speaking with saw options for action that were not showing up on my screen. I have had to have two, very lengthy phone conversations with Amazon just to get a short-term bridge supply. The experience was horrific. I am returning to my local brick-and-mortar pharmacy.

I have just spent several hours and many phone calls attempting to resolve some issue that Amazon Pharmacy has with filling one of my prescriptions. I have a Co-Pay card that reduces my price from around $1,150 for a 90 day supply (with insurance) to $30/90 day supply. I've used these Co-Pay cards for many years with no issues from local pharmacies. I got as high up the supervisor ladder as I could and was told it is against their policy to call the Pharmaceutical companies or their Co-pay management numbers. I had a direct line and was told that they should be able to resolve the issue if Amazon Pharmacy would call them. Very poor customer service!!! I was not called back or contacted, despite being told that they would several times. Guess I am going to have to wait in the long lines at the local pharmacy. Thanks for nothing, Amazon Pharmacy!!!

Amazon Pharmacy is horrible. Despite the fact that they delivered to my address in the past several times, they returned my prescription to sender on two occasions claiming they could not deliver to my address for some unforeseen reason. I was without my medication for a week due to their incompetence. I am no longer using their service. AND their customer service is all auto-generated and you never get to speak to a real person, which is utter nonsense.
