I can’t even log into my account to cancel the subscription despite having my password reset 🤔, they did not answer my emails, I have not received my box or any confirmation that it has even been shipped even though my full payment went through Plus they said it would be 3-8 business days I ordered my first box on December 26 NOT COOL

Awful service. They claim you will receive you product within 14 business days. When that did not happen I contacted them to let them know. They apoligized for the delay and told me they would be sending it that week. I immediately told them not to bother to please just cancel the order and refund me. They responded the same day telling me the box had already shipped. When I finally got the box a month later, it was the wrong box. It was for a large dog and I have a small dog. All of the toys and treats are too big to even fit in my dogs mouth. I contacted them and told them about this and they asked for a picture, which I sent. They have not responded. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

Terrible way to do business. Tried their service on 8/28, received box with damaged dog snacks and two toys that fell apart within the first day of our 35# dog playing with them. And some silly pet mat to kneel on while you give your dog a bath in a bathtub. At any rate, I canceled on their website on 9/6. On 10/17 I got another box - logged back into what should have been a closed account only to find it had been 'edited' on 9/6 but not closed. I contacted them, and despite 8 emails back and forth they refuse to refund the charge that hit my account on 9/28. I've put the charge in dispute with my bank now.

Giant waste of time. Your order wont arrive until a MONTH after you order it, so unless you buy a subscription in advance... it's totally pointless. Don't get sucked in by the item for the pet owners (I made this mistake). Customer service is EXTREMELY poor... only one girl works there and she is rude and unhelpful. You would be much better just putting in an order through chewy or trying another subscription box.

We loved Pet Treater at first, then the boxes start to have less quality of stuff and when I emailed costumer service about it all I got was basically their sorry we felt that way but it's not their problem kind of vibe. Though, that was only a couple of months we're sticking out until the end of our year subscription, but we'll probably just stick with Bark Box. Another big reason we don't like Pet Treat is because they switched to FedEx. We never had a problem with receiving an email about tracking or the package getting to us in a timely manner. But now we don't receive an email and it's been taking almost two weeks for it to get from Tennessee to Missouri. Which is ridiculous.

I like all the variety of toys and treats for the dogs. I don't like how I can't use my points that I earned. Its thru Jamminbutter. I've tried and tried and I've sent a few emails. But other than that It's great.

This was our FIRST Pet Treater box and so far we are quite impressed. The value of the items included well exceeded the monthly subscription price and there were even discount off cards/coupons and a fun contest to participate in. In addition, there were two toys, two treats, and in this July month doggie ice cream, as well as some doggie essentials. How cool is that? There were even scented wipes for the human owner. We would have given 5 stars but this is just our first box, so we are hoping it will only get better.

Subscription for 2 Danes. The toys are not durable enough for these 2. Snacks and treats are fun, good quality. It is nice they are not always sample sizes. Over the past year, shipping has been hit or miss. It seems to be more stable in the last 2 months. I unfortunately meant to cancel our subscription before renewal, but was unable to cancel due to missing the date by 1 week. I wish there was a billing reminder that was sent out! The boxes seem to be great for smaller or average sized pups, just not for our sized monsters. I would recommend the boxes to others. Thanks Melissa & Mosely Burns
