Each month when the package arrives, excitement is in the air for all. Our two cats know that package is theirs. My husband and I gather our two boys in the living room, and we share in the opening of the bag. There are great toys, treats, and occasionally even costumes around the holidays. Then out comes the camera to get a picture of the babies with their new treats. We email the picture for the monthly contest, and they get an extra treat in the next package. This is a win win all the way around!

The subscription is ok the toys are substandard to what I’d normally buy. I’ve tried to cancel subscription and am unable to.

I love pet treater. I love it because the pup gets something, but so does the owner. Between the treats, toys and other items it's well worth your money. We have bark box too, but once that service is done, we'll be sticking with just pet treater.

This is the most consistent of the subscription boxes and the most bang for your buck always having multiple interesting items to try. The dogs always enjoy the products so we are pleased to continue to subscribe

Pet Treater has been a great way to try out different kinds of treats and toys to see exactly what my pup likes and doesn't like. Most of the toys have not lasted more than a day or two which is frustrating

Happy so far! Our welcome box arrived quickly but damaged; contents were not damaged but no way to know if anything was missing from box.. Second box arrived undamaged and somewhat smaller but still packed full of goodies for Edgar. He loves the treats and the toys in the welcome box were a hit. It is nice to know that he is getting a package each month with toys and treats as well as grooming products and other items.

Tucker really enjoys getting his box each month. He knows the big green box is for him. The only issue I have noticed recently as the boxes are kind of skimpy. He used to have tons of stuff to nose through and the last few months it seems as if there is barely anything in them I'm holding out for a few months . May switch to new service if this doesn't improve. Overall I have been satisfied with the service though. I ran into an issue one month where my box got damaged and it was replaced quickly.

So after a few months of being subscribed I’m going to terminate my subscription. I’ve been checking on my last box and I got charged for it but then it shows it shipped and it’s waiting for the package at USPS as of 6/7. A couple days go by and I send in email asking for the status - no response. I sent another one last night - still no response. I also got charged and I’m just going to look for another box that’ll be consistent. Its ridiculous that they don’t have a customer support number because the cancellation number and even THAT they don’t pick up or answer.
