The pet bed for my K-9 was of great quality and I would buy it again.

My dogs love the car bed, and it took my Service Dog a few tries to use the stairs. He uses it all the time to get in and out of my truck. One of the best things I could have got for him. Just wish it didn't come in black, as he is a bit apprehensive getting out. A color that dogs can see would have been a better choice.

Terrible, terrible company to do business with. They never answer answer their phone or call you back. They don’t respond to emails, The product doesn’t ship for weeks and if you try to cancel the order ahead of time they still ship it weeks later. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY OR YOU'LL REGRET IT

This is my 2nd K-9 Cruiser. This one is to be used in my pickup. The first has been used on road trips to Tx. Dog was very good and comfortable. My first K-9 was purchased in December 2025. Warranty extension was also purchased, at that time rips and tears. The hard boards have ripped through the fabric under the zipper. I have contacted the numerous times and even at their request sent copies of the original order to claim on the ripping warranty. It has been over 3 months and nothing else has been done for me. The K-9 Cruiser in itself is a great product for your dog. Even better if you purchase the comfort mat that goes on it. This is why I purchased a second one to fit the truck. (Larger size) All in all, I am pleased with the units. The customer service is poor to say the least. On a scale of 1 to 10-poor being 1 and 10 outstanding. The K-9 Cruiser gets a 8.5 Could use some improvement. Thicker/heavier duty fabric. Metal buckles not plastic. Customer service is a 2. I would have given a 1 but I did hear from the company once.

When my item was missing accessory straps i was sent a complete set instead of just the missing item.

The service I received, when part of my shipment was delayed, was phenomenal. My emails were quickly answered, as well as my questions, and concerns. The only issue I had was with the shippers, which caused shipping delay.

It arrived with a cut in the plastic wrap thru to the black vinyl. Something made a slit in it. I do not believe this was worth $120!
