Quick shipping and item was just as described. My dog loves the security and has relaxed more while riding in the truck. Thank you

We finally got the back seat extender swapped out. The process was easy to do once I heard back from the company. I like the 3 solid panels instead for the 6 smaller ones we had before, however we have had it in less than a month & it has already started pulling apart at the seam where my dogs get in and out of the truck. I bought a set of steps for them which we use regularly but the little bit my pitbull has gotten in & out of the vehicle has caused the seam to pull apart.

Great. Order nonslip pad. I didn’t now I have to go back and get it. Will make dogs trip so much more comfortable without slipping and sliding.

I am trying to return an order, K9Cruiser and PawSteps, and am now being told that I can't return the PawSteps, for whatever reason- I was not given a reason! The PawSteps cost $129.99. It was never stipulated when my order was made, or filled, that the PawSteps were non-returnable. I would never have ordered them if that had been made clear (or even implied!) I don't understand how a company can do that! It's a lot of money and it's false advertising!! It was suggested to me that I could keep them or give them to someone else, but that I could not return them. They have never been used. What kind of customer service is this?? I am incensed about this!!

Very easy to install and fits perfectly in our Honda Ridgeline

The products are great and I love them they make it so easy for Roco to get in with his arthritis the carpeted K9 protector is great for him to grip. On the down side the delivery time was way longer than I expected.

Well made & fits perfectly!

Very nice product the puppy loves it and so does my wife
