You replaced Xido's cover with no hesitation. I love dealing with companies like K-9 Cruiser. Those covers are great. I appreciate your help and yes Xido loves it. Again thank you

I am not only happy with the XL Cruiser (and so is my dog), but the customer service is outstanding. There was a major delay in shipping which was no fault of PetsVet but the shipper. When I finally contacted PetsVet, they jumped right on it. The follow-through was thorough and helpful. I would gladly purchase from this company again.

Very happy with this purchase. My pup is content and I don't have to worry about her slipping into the foot well.

Product delivered promptly, in good shape, and as advertised. The "extended" hard floor is a big improvement over soft floor versions for my 75 lb pooch.

The purchase was quick and easy, no hunting around for the extra pieces. The K9 Cruiser assembly and installation was intuitive, and it fits great in the back of my Pathfinder. The real tell was when Toby got in. He hopped right up and was ready to go! The PupPad provides not only traction for when he's standing, but is also comfortable for him so he can lay down and relax, which didn't happen often with other setups.

I was concerned because when I checked on my order , no one could find my order number. With all the scans going on , I thought I fell into that category. Within 48 hrs of contacting them my delivery arrived and the very next day I received a text letting me know they had a notice that it was delivered. I was really surprised and couldn’t ask for anything more

This fits our truck perfectly and for the first time our Retriever actually is laying down while we are traveling. Thanks for a great product!
