The product is as described. I put it in our Sportage and it installed easily. We look forward to a road trip where our pooch will travel safe and comfortable.

Prompt service! Quality product!

Easy ordering.. print delivery.. Great product!

My dogs love the extra room in the backseat and I love the protection it provides for my interior and also for my puppies. Unfortunately, the stairs we ordered did not fit our need. Jay and his team were quick to address my issue. They refunded the cost of the steps and told me to find someone who could benefit from them and pass them on. Not only were they courteous and efficient, they are an incredibly generous company! They have a loyal customer in me!

The product appears to be made very well. I have used it a few times since I made the purchase. It holds my 100 pound Shepherd with no problems. Although he never sits when he is in the truck, I bought the pad for him. He uses it more in the house as a second bed. In the truck, the pad does not slide much. Again, my Shepherd is one of those high strung, wire up dogs. Even with his moving, jumping around and everything, it doesn't slide much. Since my purchase, the only thing I have had to wipe down to clean off all the slobber and dog hair are the windows and K9 Cruiser. I would reccommed this product.

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service department who promptly replaced my dog’s car seat since we were missing some straps. Courteous and promptness are rarities in today’s online world - I can’t recommend this company enough!

I thought it was supposed to have zippers where the seat belt comes through on the bottom

Perfect fit for my Kia K5. Easy install. My baby girl loves it. She is more relaxed in the car now than before. Thank you for a great product. From ordering to receiving, I was notified the entire way. Flawless!
