Great product. Would recommend.

I am so impressed with the quick response and the way it was all resolved without any hassle at all. Thank you and I will so be a repeat customer. Your company could be such a roll model for many other companies.

DO NOT USE OR BUY AMYTHING FROM THEM!!!!Ordered the steps, the pad and the backseat cover/carrier. They promise shipping within 2 days, LIE, LIE LIE!!!! It took over 5 days for them to get it started on shipping!!! Non responsive customer service!!! Got several I'm sorry response emails but that's it. NOT SURE HOW TRUST PILOT STOLL SAYS THEY ARE GOOD!!!

Awesome experience! I emailed about the correct size for my vehicle and Jay replied within an hour. Traverse is XL just fyi. Fits perfectly! Fast shipping! Was missing a strap but I think it was the shipper not PetsVet as the box was pretty beat up. I emailed and they emailed back within an hour and had already shipped a replacement. Super service!! It's been a long time since I’d had service like this! Wish they sold people stuff too! :) I’ll be checking their website first for other things I need.

The dogs did great on the first trip. We’re so happy with this purchase.

The order to delivery was quick & efficient. Dogs loved it as soon as I unpacked it. I had order once before but I didn't check the size so a small for the back seat, how ever was delivered just as efficiently. Thank you.

I bought the hammock for my back seat. My 2 labs ride with me frequently & I LOVE IT!! It is well made, durable & cleans easily. I can remove it quickly when needed or fold up only half of it. It’s a GREAT product!! The best one I’ve ever purchased!!

I think that the back seat protector for my dogs is the best!
