I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I placed an order on **7/7/26**, and they had no problem charging my card immediately. As of **7/21/26**, I still have not received a shipping confirmation or my merchandise. Since placing the order, I have tried contacting the company daily by both phone and email. I have received absolutely no response. Their website claims orders ship within **2 days** and that customer inquiries receive a response within **12–24 hours**, but that has not been my experience. After doing more research, I discovered I'm not the only customer reporting these issues. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company, and, unbelievably, the company has not responded to them either. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Order never filled. Ordered on July 1st, made follow up contact a few times to find out what was going on with my order, but there has been no answer or response to emails.

Fit my extended cab truck perfectly. Dogs certainly like it. Happy with purchase.

I ordered a backseat protector and mattress for a dog.. on June 28th for $221 dollars. And that’s where my story ends. The order was never fulfilled. Nobody answered the phone or replied to my emails. They don’t exists as far as I can tell. I disputed my charge and notified The State of Wyoming’s Attorney General to report fraud. Stay away. You won’t get you product and you won’t receive any replies to your concerns..

Hate to give it even 1 star. I see I'm not alone with this company being awful if it actually exists. Placed order on 7/3/26. Shopify tracking is still waiting for information to this day 7/20. I did get the $25 gift cert. Yay. They know it will not be used. IF they exist I'd never order from them anyway! I've called several times, emailed several times. No response. Calling credit card .

Ordered the K9 Cruiser on the 6th of July and my order still hasn't been processed or shipped 11 days later. I've emailed and called the company, left messages and no one has replied. I just called AMEX to dispute the charge because I didn't receive the product. This is the first and last experience with this company because of the lack of customer service and communication.

I ordered the k9 cruiser for our truck. I waited about a week before inquiring as to why there was no shipping information on the order. I was told it was out of stock. I wish they had initiated giving me this information. Decided to wait a bit longer to see if it would come. Finally, through multiple emails, I told them to cancel and refund the cost as my card had already been charged. Next thing I know I am getting information that the item has shipped. I emailed and called. No answer at number, left message which hasn't been returned. In the meantime we had already purchased another product. Product was delivered today...won't be shopping with this company again

Placed an order July 3, 2026 and now July 14 it has not shipped. Multiple attempts to reach company have gone unanswered. Very poor customer service and at this point I want to cancel but can’t reach them. Very very frustrating and disappointing.
