Purchased the K9 Cruiser for my F150. Our dog weighs 75 lbs. Very happy with it so far. Sturdy platform and sides protect door. The screen helps the dog stay connected with us. The ONLY recommendation I have is the Front Panel Screen needs a double reversible zipper. Current zipper is on the rear side making hard to unzip from driver seat. Other than that, I would buy again.

I ordered 2 k9 cruisers and the steps and when they didn’t work for us I returned them with their 100% full refund policy - only to not get my refund! I was told I would receive my refund in 24-48 hours. It has been over a week since they have received the product back and still no refund. I have contacted them multiple times and have been told the same thing - but nothing. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the charges now. Do not order from this company. All you get is some lame message from Jay telling you to be patient. It’s fraudulent.

I spent $337.17 on a K-9 Cruiser, PupPad and stairs. I received the stairs right away. I e-mailed the company and asked about my K-9 Cruiser and my PupPad and they said they would re-send them, because the USPS damaged them and returned them both to Petsvet. 3 and a half Weeks Later, I FINALLY received my K-9 Cruiser ONLY. I've e-mailed them more times, and they said "Oh, we're short on those products, but well get it to you when we re-stock... OVER a MONTH AFTER PURCHASING THESE; I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY PUPPAD!! I've tried e-mailing more times, with NO RESPONSE; And I've tried Calling; only to get Voicemail! With No call back to me! This Company is Very Un-Professional, and Quite Irritating! $337.17 is a Lot of Money for me and I Don't appreciate getting the Run-around!! 😡

The pet pad came error free, not disappointed. The K9 cruiser XL experience is a another story. Poor customer service, promises made, not kept. If there is a problem with one of your delivery orders, stay on top of it, do not tell your customers a replacement will arrive in a set time-frame only to never arrive in that window. You not only lost a current customer, but many potential ones as well.

The company itself is very caring and they stand by their products. Its not just "words", they mean it when guarantee is mentioned.

Fast shipping and product as described. Only change I would suggest is that the center mesh had a zipper on both sides.
