Like the product. Shipping was terrible and after several tries to contact them about my order ,finally got a response. It took over a month to get to me from Florida to Minnesota! ??

If I could give no stars i would. Product was advertised that it could be used with a child seat. This is not true. I went to return the item and its been nothing but a headache. The seller advertises 100% refund if not satisfied, well guess what, they shorted me on the refund and I've been wasting about a month with Paypal disputes to try to get my refund - Even after the seller told me in emails that he would provide a full refund....weeks past and I created a dispute. Don't buy from this seller, what a headache!

Product was very well made and fit was perfect. delay in shipping was terrible.

The product is all exactly as advertised. Getting the product took a while longer than was anticipated but overall everything is good.

The carrier is pretty good, but due to the fact my Suburban has no middle seat (captain chairs) the middle is not supported well. It's a little sagging. But my dog is 60lbs so it's just good enough to fit her comfortably. She used to ride in her seat sitting backwards, nails digging in the seat. Now with the carrier she actually lays down and loves ❤️ the ride. This is actually what she needs. Besides the lack of support in the middle it's really awesome. Now don't get me wrong once tightened up it snuggles up pretty well. I just wish it had more support. It works well. Good buy. Made her ride more enjoyable. Now the delivery took a while, but it was all in all worth the wait.

I purchased the K9 Cruiser on 4/8/26. By the end of May 2026, the lining that holds the 3 plastic boards in place ripped, and the zipper on the mesh middle broke. The product is unusable. I tried to contact PetsVet Supply by phone 2X and by email 2X. I included pictures in my last email to them. I have not heard back from them. My order came with their "Rip & Tear Warranty," so I would like them to refund my $99.99 that I paid for this product, but I can't contact them. I would not recommend buying any products from this company, as they do not stand behind the products that they sell or their warranty claims.

I ordered 6-21-26 and it arrived exactly 1 month later. Credit card was charged immediately. During that time I emailed them 4 times, no reply. I called 4 times and left a message- no reply. If there is a problem, you aren’t going to get any service from this company. I would not do any business with this company. Warranty will be useless.

The product is great! Just what I needed. I ordered the incorrect size at first but was able to return and get the correct size. Emails were answered within a week and delivery was a little slow but not too bad. There was a slight pause because they were out of the XL size. But overall, when a company offers good service like these guys, a little patience is worth it in the long run. I’d recommend!
