The customer service at PetSnowy has been wonderful. I bought the litter box earlier this year and have loved it. I recently bought the new pet vacuum and it wasnt holding a charge or turning on. I emailed support, they asked for a video to see if there was a way to trouble shoot, and since there wasn’t, they sent me a replacement right away. I appreciate easy, good, customer service, that’s what keeps me using products from the same company for a long time!

I have 2 kittys. Last April I had to have major surgery and I was worried about how I was going to be able to clean my traditional litter box. I started to research and felt there was no better choice than a Petsnowy, and I was absolutely right! Not only is it really simple to set up, it tells me what I need to do and when to change the bag. It’s definitely made my life much easier, cleaner and fresher. I live in a 418 sq ft apartment and when people come over they rave about how you wouldn’t be able to tell I have cats until you see them. Best purchase ever! Stop looking, this is the clear winner!

Estoy encantada con el arenero automático PetSnowy. Desde que lo tengo, mantener limpia la zona de mis gatos es muchísimo más fácil y el olor prácticamente ha desaparecido. Lo que más me gusta es lo silencioso que es y lo rápido que limpia después de cada uso. Además, el diseño es moderno y queda genial en casa, nada que ver con los areneros tradicionales. Mis gatos se adaptaron enseguida y yo he ganado muchísimo tiempo y comodidad. Sin duda, una compra que merece la pena para cualquier persona con gatos.

Seit einigen Monaten dreht die Trommel nicht mehr in die Home position und blockiert das Katzenklo. Der Support antwortet sehr sporadisch. Es wird behauptet das meine Bestellnummer nicht im System wäre, obwohl ich direkt über den Shop bestellt habe. Frechheit, ich würde jedem von dieser Katzentoilette abraten.

Very responsive customer service and my litter box has been fantastic for years. I’ve only had to replace the litter bed when the cats claw a hole in them but the good thing about this company is they sell all the replacement parts you’d need. Very serviceable and great design. I love it. I was one of the first to buy it and it’s been very good for me.
