I absolutely love this company, though they may not be perfect, some things happen here and there whether the PetSnowy didn’t work or the bags for pet snowy don’t fit properly etc, they are extremely quick to respond and fix the problem and they go above and beyond to may their customers happy, that to me is the most importantly when it comes to any business, nothing can be 100% perfect, so having insanely amazing customer service is all you really need as you can feel confident that if something you buy isn’t perfect they will make sure it’s fixed and you are happy.

Love them. They have been very responsive. I bought a self-cleaning litter box from them a few years ago and still use it to this day. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made

Awful brand, the products are great, but if you ever have an issue, they will ignore you completely. I've been ignored for over 5 months, and others have also been ignored for months theres loads of us been left with faulty items Avoid buy from a reputable brand.

The service is excellent. The products are fine quality.

We’ve been using PetSnowy for a little less than a year and a half now. We’re just over the warranty period and noticed a tear in the litter bed. I reached out to PetSnowy and they still offer offered to replace the litter bed at no charge without hassle. It’s convenient to have the app to get notifications when an error with the machine occurs as well as when the litter is ready to be dumped. The only issue I have with it is although it may appear to have a large footprint, the inside area is a bit small. This looks to be the case with most automatic litter boxes as I’m sure the companies are trying to keep a smaller footprint. I have two cats one that likes to spend a little extra time in there (the box will also notify you of this). He will get the litter on his feet and bring it out with him. If it was a little bigger on the inside, I think that would help. Weight scale I’ve found a bit off but we do have to put it on a piece of plywood on our carpet since we only have carpet. Overall, a much better experience than having to clean the litter box multiple times a day! It’s been holding up long term. Definitely recommend!

Genuinely one of the better purchases I’ve made for my cats. Both of them use it without any fuss, which was my biggest concern going in. It provides them a sense of privacy to let them do their business which helps a lot. The litter mat alone has saved me so much frustration, way less tracking across the floor than I used to deal with. The unit itself also looks nice. I used to have my old litter boxes tucked away out of sight but with the PetSnowy I can just have it out. Customer service was also really great when I reached out. Quick and responsive for any major or minor concerns you may have. They have two different mesh systems as well you can choose from. My cats have been happy with it and with that, so am I.
