I highly recommend PetSnowy for all your pet needs. The quality of their products is amazing and their customer service is phenomenal. We own several of their products and love all of them. We have their automatic litter box, water fountain, feeder and just purchased two of their air purifiers. We also have their interactive cat toy, my cat loves it.

We have owned this litter box for a year now and absolutely love it. It works perfectly for our three cats and handles the heavy use with ease. Cleaning it is incredibly quick and simple, which saves us so much time.On top of the great performance, the customer service is outstanding. They truly stand behind their product and helped us quickly when we had questions. After a full year of ownership, we are completely satisfied and highly recommend it!

I have two Petsnowy automatic litter boxes for my rescue cats. They have been working well, and any time I have submitted a question to the company, I've received a helpful answer back very quickly. One of them recently started having what seems to be a sensor issue - yellow light kept flashing - and they offered to send me a free replacement base! I bought my first litter box from them during their pre-order phase, so I'm a longtime customer. Their products and customer service are great!

I had a different container before but need a bigger one. Petsnowy surprised me as it automatically closes the lid and does the vacuum, while many of ones I used before require manual pressing. The smart way also helps keeping my pet’s food fresh. In addition, the product support team is very responsive and efficient to help answer any questions. I’ll purchase from them again!

I have been using the PetSnowy automatic litter box for over a year now and it has made my life much easier. It is easy to maintain and clean. The unit works well and if I have had any issues the customer service has always been amazing in resolving the problem.

I tried many litter boxes before. PetSnowy Litter Box has been a lifesaver for me. I've had the device for more than two years, and it has been a relief knowing that I don't have to scoop multiple times every day. The PetSnowy app makes it easy to track each use and monitor cat health. The best part is that there is minimal to no odor in my living room. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience so far, apart from a few issues that were immediately resolved by the very responsive customer support team.

My grandmother uses this product to make everyday cat up-keep a breeze. Petsnowy has been a reliable solution to cleaning litter box messes with little to no maintenance needed. I highly recommend using this if you are interested in an automatic box.

A choice i never regret, the litterbox i got makes life easier for me and my cat. used now for years with minimal issues and always a quick response from costumer service if needed. can't imagine ever using conventional products again now that I tried petsnowy.
