Love their automatic litter box, and customer service is great!

I have the PetSnowy water fountain, automatic food dispenser and self-cleaning litter box. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with their products. My cats loved the litter box, and when it was working, it was quiet and easy to clean. The litter box unfortunately developed a fault, but the customer service has been very good so far. The team has been supportive and willing to work with me to find a solution. I really appreciate that level of support—it’s something I haven’t experienced with other brands. PetSnowy has offered a free replacement base, including delivery from their Australian warehouse. I haven’t received or tested it yet, but I’ll update this review once it arrives and I’ve confirmed everything is working. For transparency, PetSnowy asked me to submit a review before arranging the free replacement. These comments reflect my own experience with their products and customer service.

I was hoping this would work as we have three cats and they can be kind of picky. Within a few days all of them were using it properly and the device and app are awesome so far. Also great customer service when I had a follow up question!

I've had two PetSnowy SNOW+ litterboxes for a few years now and they've been great. The amount of time and effort I've saved has been life-changing. The box cleans up so fast after my cat uses it that the litter doesn't have time to clump and as a result, I have to empty it a lot less, and waste a lot less litter.

Super helpful customer support. I have loved the ease of using this litter box for years to come.

We have had our litterbox for nearly 2.5 years and only recently have had any issues where we needed to contact customer service. Support has been extremely helpful in troubleshooting the issue where the litterbox has a fault in the safety mechanism where the unit won't run a cleaning cycle. Customer service provided a very comprehensive troubleshooting list before determining a replacement part was necessary.

I originally backed pet Snowy on Indiegogo a long time ago and received the first version of their product. It’s been working well for a few years, unfortunately had an issue where some of the parts broke. Customer service was fast and helped find replacement part that I could order. Glad my pet snowy is back to working
