Helpful customer service, my pet snowy works great. My cats both easily fit in it and use it regularly. The only issue I had was I had a part break and needed to replace it, and they were out of stock for 12 days. Kind of hard to use the litter box without all its mechanisms.

I have had a Petsnowy litter box for around 3 years now and have never had a problem. It’s very convenient and traps the odor inside very well.

I love my pet snowy litter box. I don't think I can ever go back to regular litter boxes. I only need to change out the bag every few weeks and add more litter whenever it gets low. Would recommend to any cat owner looking to make their day to day much easier. Recently my litter liner was damaged so I ordered a replacement but it arrived damage. Petsnowy customer service replaced it with just a simple picture of the damage and it arrived within a few days.

Great customer support that comes back with a reply quickly and keeps you uptodate. delivery is quick as well and the products (SNOW+) is a life changer for us because it alllows us to leave for short trips without having to think about a cat-sitter! fully recommending it!

I am writing this in an attempt to resolve the situation ive experienced. I wanted to return the product and much like another customer, waited in for DHL to collect but they never turned up. They rescheduled and did the same thing again. Then they asked if I would like to take it to the post office myself!!! Have you seen the size of the thing?!?!?! I am now on my third DHL pickup and if they do not collect this time I will be exploring my consumer rights. What an absolute farce.

I have had this product a little over a year and it worked absolutely amazing, best investment ever. One day out of nowhere it stopped working. I reached out to customer service and they were super fast to respond after a few emails back-and-forth with pictures and letting them know what it was doing. They have replaced the entire unit which is amazing because their website says they only do one year replacement warranty. I had panicked but they took care of it and the complete process took less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended this product. You will free up so much time and the odor control is no joke!! You do not smell it unless you neglect the bag changing!!

I have had the petsnowy for over a year and am beyond pleased. Both the cats and my family love it. Easy clean ups, app works great. The pieces are durable. The company is responsive and reliable. Best automatic litter ever!!
