I've been a PetSnowy customer since they were on Indiegogo. Their litter box has solved a lot of the pain points from owning cats-- helping to keep smells, litter bits, and scooping to a minimum. Their customer service is excellent-- super responsive and supportive-- which will keep me a customer for life. While these are premium products with a higher price tag, the continued service and product experience is well worth it.

Order placed 7/31/26 for the FreshPet Bundle. This consists of the FreshPet water fountain and the Automatic Litter Box in Creme color. Shipping information was updated to my order of 1 tracking number. It was delivered 8/5/26. I only received the water fountain with no information on the litter box and my order on the PetSnowy website shows delivered. Customer Service phone number stated they do not handle shipping discrepancies and gave me email address to inquire on my order. Emailed 8/5/26 and received response that evening that the litter box is a pre-order and they will provide tracking info when they ship. Expected to ship 8/10/26. 8/18/26 2nd email: Any update on my order? Response, it is on pre-order. Expected to ship at the end of the month. Would you like a brown one instead? Today is 8/27/26 no product update. The water fountain filter now needs to be replaced, lasted 2 and half weeks running on distilled water with pre-filters cleaned frequently when the low quality light started to come on. Plan on spending $30/month for a replacement filter. 8/7/26 received marketing email from PetSnowy: "Your litter box called, it wants a refresh". What a joke. The only thing this company is good for is marketing and taking people's money. I will attempt to get a return authorization and wait for DHL to never come like the rest of the other 1 star reviews.

My cat has been using PetSnowy's litterbox, feeder, and water fountain for several years now, and it's honestly made life SO much easier. Less maintenance and a happier cat. After a few years of use there was a feeder issue but their customer service team was quick to respond with help making the experience even more positive. Good products and a great company to deal with - plus the newer app is smoother than the previous version!

I absolutely LOVE this litter box!! Before PetSnowy arrive I hated going into my daughter’s room. We had another self-cleaning box, but it never smelt clean in the room. As soon as we took that old one out and installed the PetSnowy box, along with the air purifier it was immediate!! Thank you so much for this amazing product!!!

The petsnowy litter box is the exact solution we needed. Both of us hated cleaning the litter box and this saved us a lot of trouble. Less smells and compared to the other brands, the litter doesn’t spread into the room. I like that the litter bed is hidden as well. The app works great and also lets us track our cats weight and how often she goes. Would buy again for sure! Customer service is also great!

If you have more than one cat, you should get a PetSnowy. It's a great litterbox as long as you maintain good pet parenting traits like routine cleanings and occasional systems checks. I've never experienced a system malfunction with PetSnowy but it's important to be aware of such things for ALL automatic litter boxes. I've had PetSnowy only for the past 3 years and I'm pretty satisfied. Customer support has generally been kind and helpful too.

Customer service is excellent! I LOVE my automatic litter box - I tell all my friends to get it. Recently something has been malfunctioning with the sensor, and the customer service team is sending me a replacement. They responded quickly and swiftly. You'll have this litter box for life!!
