I had a recent experience with madyson at a Petsmart in Green Bay Wisconsin on the East side. She was grooming my cat and noticed she had a distended belly. Unfortunately I had not noticed this due to her long hair. She called me immediately and recommended I call my vet. The vet did see her later in the day and found a large tumor that was cancerous. I had to put my baby to sleep, but I saved her from needless suffering. Madyson called me several times that day to check on what the vet said, and was an absolute Angel offering her condolences. The extra attention she took with my baby "cookie" was absolutely wonderful and my gratitude toward her is immeasurable. Please consider their/her services. I can't say enough how much I appreciated the love and concern they showed to me and my fur baby. Sue

PetSmart stop selling real fur! Rabbits don't want to be killed & skinned so that their fur can be made into cat toys!!!!

My dog has had a seizure The Titusville grooming saloon said they could only take him if did not have a seizure for six months. He has not and is under vet care. Now they will not take him at all beacuse he has had one seizure Don't use Petco for grooming because they are a bunch lairs and terrible customer service. You will sorry.

I spent my morning setting up a new account for a first time auto ship. PetMart was displaying a 35% off for first time auto orders so I had two items in my cart. When I went to check out, only a $20 discount showed, which didn't even cover 35% off on my dog food, much less the other item. I read the details and no limits or maxes were mention. I had to call their customer service to have a $20 limit confirmed. Where is their legal team review to avoid false advertisement. I feel like I wasted way too much of my time and in the end they lost my order.

Went to PetSmart at 5574 West Grand Parkway S. Richmond, TX 77406 and Kaylee has communication problems. She came across like she wasn't in the mood to work. It took me rescheduling and going to PetSmart on Fry Rd to understand the vaccination policy Kaylee couldn't communicate. She was verbally aggressive, her attitude was standoffish and attempted to turn it around on me.

I brought my dog in for an appointment I set up on line. They told me she would be done in 2 hours. I came back in 2 hours, however she was still not done with my dog. She told me she would text me. She texted me 45 mins later and so again I went to the store. The groomer was still not done despite the text they sent. She then brought out my pup 5 mins later and was only partially groomed. I will never go back there again. Not organized and very unprofessional service.

Don’t feel good after service in this shop. I wanted buy a hamster, but I don’t need a house for him. And manager her name Mag or Mak she wanted sales house too and told me what she don’t will give me a hamster without house????? I understand she wanted make a good sale for she but peoples , if you need just let go better to the PetLand. I don’t want to say some bad words but my feelings about this service so bad and so sad!!!!

I wish I could score a ZERO. Never again will I take my dog to ANY pet-smart. Florissant location is the worst. My last 3 appointments has been cancelled!!! 1 saying worker went home sick, 2nd a call in. 3rd and final one was the worker was bit and had to leave. I do understand that things do happen, but this is plain ridiculous. So I decided to go to the one in Bridgeton in hopes that I would have a better outcome. Well Not. I went in today for my appointment. He needed a basic bath and a trimming of his face. The rude worker said that nobody was available to do the trimming of his face. Needless to say, he needed it because of the cancellations that I had his hair grew. She asked if I wanted another appointment…. You already know what my response was. I found a great mobile company that’s coming to my house on Saturday. They are making a special trip just for my dog. Customer service is everything, something I did not receive at The locations!!!
