I took my dog to the Petsmart on Chippewa St. in St. Louis, Mo. today. All she needed was to be trimmed up and to have her nails cut. They charged me for a full haircut, they did not trim her paws, her face was not trimmed up, there were stray hairs on her face and chin that should have been cut off. Her nails were barely trimmed. In general she looked pretty much the same as when I brought her in. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

The order was late for weeks but the product is great. You really need to up your delivery game. Thanks tho

Purchased 6 - $100.00 e-gift directly from petsmart at the beginning of year in 2023. Petsmart was running a special promotion ..purchase $100 e-gift card for $90.00. When I attempted to use one e-gift card, the balance was Zero or invalid. Hmmm. ALL six gift cards had a zero balance and were invalid. What are the odds of that? Maybe I used the e-gift cards and forgot to delete them. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the reason. Contacted PetSmart customer service and spoke with a supervisor. The reason why ALL six $100.00 e-gift cards were invalid with a Zero balance is because they had been used online by 6 different people located in six different states. I was informed by the supervisor that One person purchased Fish supplies and the exact same items were purchased with two of the e-gift cards. The supervisor provided me with the dates that these gift cards had been used. I purchased the e-gift cards on May 10th and 11th. The e-gift cards had been used in March 2023, April 2023 … I’m thinking that this must be a joke that this supervisor is pulling on me, so I tested him & gave the him the numbers to an e-gift card from Sam’s Club that I had already used. He pulled up the information and told me this $25.00 e-gift card had been used by me and provided me with the correct physical address linked to the e-gift card. The supervisor needed proof, an email from petsmart, that they were the ones who issued duplicate e- gift cards and that it wasn’t a third party. The only proof that I have is their logo on ALL 6 e-gift cards. Unfortunately, emails that I have deleted are expunged after 30 days. I asked if there was someone, a corporate office, that I can contact, email? Nope. I was informed that the buck stops with the supervisor who I spoke to over the phone.

The groomer cut my dog neck, two big cuts, the worse part is that the manager told me by phone: “our groomer had an emergency, we only gave your dog a bath”, when I went to pick up my dog, half of my dog body was shaved, later at home I saw two big cuts in my dog’s neck, that were treated with some medicine. They didn’t even mention this, they just lied. I think they stopped the Grooming because my dog was bleeding, so dangerous this place, be careful with the groomers, the manager is the worse he lied at the phone, he didn’t even explain what happened. Don’t risk your dog health in this place super dangerous, Yesica was the groomer (Fremont California), maybe she was just learning, so dangerous that they practice with your dog, it could be worse. I am so glad that my dog is alive, just be careful.

I ordered dry and wet dog food online. Called customer service to make sure order was correct. Instead of receiving the dry dog food they sent me Squirrel Food! I understand mistakes are made but these are two completely different foods. Called customer service and told them what happened. I explained my dogs are allergic to chicken and I live in an area that doesn't carry the dry food. I was now out of dry food and couldn't wait for another shipment. The only thing she offered was to reship but since they don't ship on the weekends and it is Friday, I wouldn't get it until at least another week or so! I also had this on auto ship so I cancelled that. Customer service should be way better especially since Petsmart made the mistake. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anything from Petsmart again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They sent me a receipt for purchase in 2017, that I never made. I contacted the company and asked them to check their records and remove my email from their database. They were very polite and apologetic and told me they would fix it. Yet they continue to spam my box (got another email today) and they thought my request for removal my address is equal to signing up as a subscriber. I do not own a pet and I never been to US. This is a shady company

Our pet ran out of Rx food twice because their staff did not look at the prescription on file and authorize the auto shipment ;( After several calls I reached LaShondra in customer service - thank God for her - she helped me. Thank you, thank you, thank you LaShondra for caring. It really meant a great deal to me to reach someone who would fix the issue.
