If you need lifesaving medication for your pet, do not buy from pets mart. It took 30 days to get my medication for my dog because they kept dialing the wrong number to my vet (disconnected number). I called more than 10 times to pets mart with the right number and they kept dialing the wrong number. Finally a 3 way call was made and My vet was so frustrated that he gave petsmart the approval for that prescription plus 2 refills. So one month later, here we go again. 4 times they say they have tried to contact my vet and cant send it until they get approval. I found out that at least they have the right number. My vet has called them and still no shipment. I have never ever seen such incompetence in a company. Luckily last time I got very expensive pills from my vet when I ran out waiting. But at least he didnt die waiting. I repeat, these are life saving drugs. There is no way to communicate to corporate, I wonder why!!!! Last thing. If you email them or reply to them, you get a case number. So I have many many case numbers.

Our dog had an appointment for shampoo, brushing and nail grinding. We arrived on time and were told it would be 90 to 120 minutes. When we checked in at 120 minutes, the groomer at first seemed unsure who are dog was and then said "Oh I have been busy and haven't gotten to her yet." We eventually were able to pick her up just shy of four hours after her appointment time. This was excesive and very hard on our anxious dog.n We have been customers for many years and never experienced this type of delay. Hopefully we will not need to return in the future.

Went and took my dog to get groomed Oct 5 wow she smelled like she DIDN'T get a bath the cut look like she shaved her in all directions ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE just so disappointed not GOING back 91 DOLLARS for what !!!!!

I want to give a big THANk YOU to Anna Parra ( groomer and salon leader at 10625 n Oracle store). She did an amazing job on my Pomeranian who was matted and should have been shaved down. She listened to my concerns and was willing to do the extra work to de matt him all while treating him very gentle. He is happy and beautiful thanks to Anna ! Thank you Anna !!! Placed an order for $100 worth of dog food using paypal as form of payment. Petsmart.com says unable to process so I try a second time, still unable to process. I put it on a debit card, received my order. Now I find I have 2 holds on my paypal account for $100 each which wont complete until petsmart completes the orders (the order already completed and paid for with my debit card) Petsmart customer service says I just have to "wait for it to fall off my paypal account which could take a month"! As of now I have been charged triple for 1 order.

Have been going to petsmart aurora for years and always had one groomer who did great w my big guy. He is a sensitive pup. Never had issues with sanitary trims, or paw trimming, but he never liked nail clipping. The former groomer there always managed to deal with these issues. Lately though, without that groomer, sanitary trims, gland expressions, nail trims and paw shaves are over looked by staff. I had my dog picked up by a friend, and had to bring my dog BACK to take care of these issues. Please train all of your groomers, Petsmart. It was included and paid for in my package. NOT an extra.

I am very disappointed with my El Cajon, CA doggie daykamp store. I have been taking my border collie (Fridays) and mini schnauzer (every Monday) for 5 years. They totally enjoyed the interaction with the other doggies. This was displayed with excitement when I was ready to pick up UNTIL recently. My store has gone though a turn around of personnel lately. A month ago my border collie was laying in the corner, quiet and shivering WHICH SHE NEVER DOES. Personnel told me she was taking all the attention away from the other dogs and she needed a timeout. 😳 How do you do that? They kicked her out of doggie daykamp. Afterwards there was the doggie daykamp employee yelling at the dogs to "shut up". I was bothered with this and told management. They said they would address issue. Yesterday I picked up my schnauzer from his weekly daykamp. Employee again was yelling at dogs saying "shut up" as she is walking around looking at her cell phone. My schnauzer was very stressed when I got him and I asked what happened. There response was "he was in the corner shivering so we put him in a cage to calm him down". Again, this same employee was there yelling at barking dogs saying "shut up" where customers could see and hear this behavior. Again,I talked with management. As shift employee changed, other employee took a water bottle and sprayed a wiener dog to keep quiet. 😳😡 Sad BUT I will no longer be taking my dogs there any longer for doggie daykamp. Unexceptable behavior by someone caring for my pet. I am disappointed, frustrated and angered. Mostly by management not taking my concerns seriously.
