uniontown pa do not go to petsmart. i have taken my dog there for years with a sore on his neck. took him for training also 10 years ago. now all of a sudden i make an appointment and drive all the way their for the head groomer to tell me we can't cut him today. the vet knows about this sore and said just keep it cut out around it. she says i have to take him to the vet and get medicine to make it scab over. i just had him at the vet 4 days ago. if i could give a zero rating i sure would. i guess the young HEAD GROOMER has to let everyone know shes the boss. I guess HEAD GROOMER went to her HEAD even though I told her hes had the sore for years and the vet can't do anything with it and they always cut him before. Now all of a sudden it might get infected if they bath him with the chemicals. Well I will never step foot in there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there again.

My wife recently wrote a negative review regarding a bad experience with our dogs’ last grooming session. Upon picking him up from Petsmart the groomer said our dog Milo was fidgety when she was attempting to trim his face. I’m not sure if she (the groomer) became aggressive with him creating a anxiety in him. But immediately upon leaving the store he vomited and had diarrhea. Once my wife had returned home and told me what had occurred I called the store inquiring if he had been given something or had ingested something while there. The groomer never mentioned any other behavior our dog displayed during grooming. Needless to say we didn’t want the same groomer cutting his hair again. Approximately 2 months later my wife booked an appointment at a different Petsmart location. Days prior to his appointment we received a phone call and was informed our appointment had been cancelled and our dog could no longer be groomed at Petsmart and had to be groomed by a Vet. Mind you our dog had been groomed at Petsmart for years now after posting a negative review he’s not able to be groomed. I’m still trying to get to the bottom of who made this decision.

I was at the location on Major Mac and Keele in Vaughan. I met Jessica and she was amazing, she helped my 7 yr old with his first pet, she was educated when it came to different pets, she was kind and he ability to upsell was so smooth. Pet Smart is lucky to have her, I will go back to this location just because of her kindness. I was at the location on highway 7 and weston rd and I didnt experience the same treatment. So thank you Jessica for your knowledge and your kindness and helping my son with his 1st pet.

My first advice to everyone in dealing with petsmart is call the BBB! That said, they have thee ultimate worst customer service ever!!! Shelves always unstocked, they give useless coupons ( what good are coupons if you don’t have products), also expiration dates are useless because if by some miracle they do get certain everyday items, it’s always, always, always to late to use coupons!! Also do they take people on limited income into consideration, NO!! NEVER!!! The elderly of which whom most own at least one companion pet are on a once a month fixed income check, so again, what good are your coupons! No product, bad expiration dates, customer service gives you generic pre-scripted response, they do not care about you or your problems! Here at the Jersey Shore you have to run to 7 different stores to come home with 3 days worth of pet food and it’s always not what you went for! But your fur baby is hungry so you need something! They have become so big it’s about the bottom line! 3x I ordered food online only to come home with mixed inferior products within the cases and a note that they modified your order due to lack of inventory! Well guess what pet dumb, cats don’t eat anything modified, they are creatures of habit!! 3x silly me for going back! Never again! Target and Walmart actually have more choices at cheaper prices as do grocery stores and amazon! I’ve even ordered food from Tennessee with free shipping from mom and pop stores without ANY PROBLEMS! Please people if you have a refund coming and they won’t budge, immediately contact bbb! PETSMART YOU HAVE BECOME THEE WORST PLACE for people to put their trust in you! I guess since they bought chewy they stopped caring just like all big company’s do! I’ve spent over $2-300.00 a month on my animals in the past with petsmart ( I care for 13 ferals also) but no more! They have gotten progressively horrible as time goes on! Enough people get fed up and leave they may just change their rotten attitudes!

nowNEW Went to Petsmart on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo New York to get my puppy a haircut. I told the groomer Tricia to cut everything but his tail and the hair on the top of his head behind his eyes. I even had a clip in his hair just in case she needed it clipped while grooming him. I repeated myself to her probably 10 times. I repeated my self so much they looked at me like OK!! There was also another Groomer who overheard Me repeat myself and I’m like.. I’m just making sure that you do as I ask. I go to pick up my puppy who’s hair I have been growing since birth he’s about to be 1 Feb 19. All of his hair was cut an inch from his eyes. Curl in his tail GONE!! She listened to nothing I said NOTHING!! when I went back in there to confront her she said not one word no apology no nothing. Her attitude was unacceptable And unprofessional. She did a horrible job on his haircut.

I made an appointment online to have my older cat groomed and added in the section "things you should know" that she had quite of bit of matting as she had quit grooming herself. I received the appointment (3 weeks ahead), had it confirmed, was sent a reminder I believe. Drove from Navarre to Milton for the appointment (45 minutes each way), only to be told that company policy prevents from grooming when there is significant matting! NO WHERE on the website does it say this; at NO time during the reminders was this addressed either. Why did they even give me the appointment if they wouldn't even read the comments? I had provided that information at the start. Wasted trip and very unhappy about the situation. If your groomers cannot handle this type of situation, you'd better be putting it on your website!

I took my dog in for a coconut bath ,haircut and nails cut .He stays three and a half hours and they call and say they gave him a regular bath not one for dry skin and they couldn’t cut his nails because he was scared .They did the best they could with his hair cut they tell me and I knew we were in trouble.The person said she wouldn’t be there when I pick my fur baby up but they will be someone eles to check me out at pick up . I get there my baby is gapped his behind was shaved strait up leaving no hair as wide as clippers are .He’s a long haired dog and his hair was cut to skin and you could see gaps still .On his right hip was another place you could see another shaved place the size of a slip of clippers .His nails were not cut .He got a bath and a gapped cut .We went over what I wanted for his cut and showed them pictures of the cut I wanted.This was not my fur baby’s first cut it was his fourth or so.Never had any problems with getting his nails cut or hair at the groomer I will be returning to .Someone told us pet smart was the best groomers ..Not just be beware .On the phone she said I hope we will see you again .She definitely want .

In attempting online purchase I could not complete purchase, something about insufficient credit card info. I used a $100 gift card, it was 'applied" according to the remaining balance of about $8. Was unable to get order. Firggin PS took entire amount from my card and I got nothing but a headache on the phone with CS. Cant complete purchase but it seems they had enough info to rip me off anyway
