Updated to add: I did eventually receive my order on January 7th, over 10 weeks after my order was placed. I was not offered a refund for the $68 in expedited shipping I paid to receive my order in 4-6 weeks. I never received shipping notification or tracking info. This company appears to be Chinese, although they claim to be Colorado based. The plushies were very good, however, based on the price and customer service I would never order from them again. Do not purchase from this company. I paid over $400, including $68 for expedited production and shipping, 10 weeks ago and still have not received my custom plushes. My daughter asked Santa for plushes that look like our two dogs that passed away last year, and she was in tears on Christmas morning because my order had not arrived. Customer service responds (slowly) but has been telling me my order is awaiting shipment for 6 weeks. They are refusing a refund.

The customer service is responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my inquiries were addressed quickly. Plus, the checkout process was smooth, and my order arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described.

These people made a plush version of my beloved cat who died earlier this year. There is a little zip underneath him for his ashes. It looks like my cat and is very special. It can appear costly especially for us Aussies but it truly was worth every penny. I was unsure about ordering too but I can testify that they are legitimate and they do a great job. Took a while to arrive and I was a bit nervous that I had been scammed but they emailed to keep me up to date and sent me photos to approve before sending. Our replica cat is amazing!!!! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is it arrived with dried glue over one eye. It was a very big visual error. We contacted Pertslify but got a luke warm response. We explained all the methods of trying to clean it off but received the same options to try like they hadn’t really read it or appreciated how big a deal it was to us. I ended up sanding the eye with sandpaper, which scratched it.. then applied clear nail polish to hide the scratches. For the price paid, I would have preferred an offer to fix it. We are happy enough now but this was not ideal.

I would have given 5 stars, as I was very happy with my purchase. However, my puppy has faded a little bit, and I contacted Petslify to find out if there is something I could purchase for that, and received no answer. The responses that I had were that they would look into it. But that was in April and I have heard nothing. My puppy, however, is very beautiful and looks very similar to my best friend that passed away on October. The details are incredible. I just wish I could prevent the fading, or find a product to refresh it. As I haven't had it very long.

Ok so lots of people are saying Petslify is a scam and their plushie doesn’t look exactly like their pet but I have been so happy, my cat passed away 4 months ago and I got a plushie of him and it’s the double of him. I started crying when I opened the box. Absolutely outstanding. I wish I could add a picture!

Not even 1 star. This is a SCAM COMPANY! The thing that sent me in NO WAY resembled my dog. They do not reply to emails providing an address to return it to. Cost me $300 and i found a $30 stuffed toy that looks more like my dog.

I ordered a plush of our domestic short haired black cat. We lost her on 8/17/23 at 8 years old after her health was mishandled by a local vet! I saw the website for these plushes and ordered based on photos and reviews. I sent in TWO sets of photos of her! The site said it took 8-9 weeks for delivery! I paid $179 plus shipping and insurance! I was NEVER sent shipping details ! I was directed to the shop app by clicking on the order # in email. I tracked it on the shop app. It was delivered 11/24! The eyes and body look exact. The nose face and ears do not!on 12/4 I noted the nose and around the mouth looked lighter ! They had turned gray! I contacted them and sent in the requested photos! I was first told I was sent the incorrect one! I sent in additional photos of the actual cat! The plush looks like a dog! I was told they'd look into it! I received an email today saying the mouth area is sprayed with ink and fades over time or if "accidentally " washed! The plush was not washed! I expressed several times I was dissatisfied with the plush! No offer to correct this situation! Website says if you aren't satisfied a "partial" refund is provided ! I told them I now want a refund! They want me at my expense to send it back to CHINA! I might receive a 55-85% refund if it is not damaged in shipping, misused or improperly handled by customer! They're taking advantage of grieving people! It's our first holiday without our kitty and this just made it worse! Do your research before you order and choose a more reputable company!
