I am very pleased with the excellent quality and the close resemblance of my plush to my beloved dog. The team put so much time and energy into making the plush look as much like my boy as possible, and I was very happy with the final results. I had submitted a few requests for adjustments and they applied all of them to my plush with so much heart and care. I am truly very thankful to Sophie, Alex, and the rest of the Petslify team.

My daughter found Paul the kitty at a rescue in Hawaii. He was a part of the family for 4 years. Ten days after returning to the states, Paul passed away unexpected. After searching I found Petslify was my choice. The price was excellent and the plushies seemed more real. I loved the interaction with the company and the prompt interaction when I had questions. I was able to send many pictures to capture Paul. Receiving the preview pictures were beautiful. I was able to make a little change and it was fulfilled immediately. Shipping was very fast and my daughters' eyes were priceless when she opened the box. She sleeps with Paul every night. So, my whole experience was 100%. Would recommend Petslify to anyone who needs their loved one forever.

I ordered for best friend who is living now in memory care with her dog who was allowed. Dog passed away. I found this site and ordered a likeness of him. It looks amazing! I was somewhat disappointed though in how scratchy the material was. The comb which is included only pulls the hair out so I had to take the comb away from her. Again, the likeness was wonderful but not as smooth and cuddly as expected. Good for sitting on a shelf though. Kudos to the artists! My friend snatched it out of the box and said “ Bradley! Where have you been?”. She loves it.

This company kept in constant contact with updates. I paid extra for 2 changes just in case it didn't look right the first time. They only had to change it once and it was due to my pictures that I sent them being a little too dark to see my dogs actual spots and color. We are very happy with the final product and highly recommend them.

Horrible product, took much longer than advertised, and looked nothing like our pet. Very poor quality. Their website states “ 100% money-back guarantee · Handmade by artists” They said I could only receive a 20% refund in a generic, obviously AI written email response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

These crafters did such an amazing job at recreating our old lady kitty, named Dolce'. Dolce' was such an integral part of our lives, that we don't have our Petslify pet sitting on a shelf; we interract with her many times per day. I have a fake voice that I used for Dolce' and I 'talk' for Dolce' saying some of the silly things that I would say while she was still with us. We miss her so much; but our plushie is receiving just as much love as our old lady Dolce', did.

I have nothing but great praise to give. My girl means the world to me and so I want to keep her as she is now at age 9. The detail that was done is exactly perfect to the littlest grey/white patch on her side. I had to order wanting one of my other girl because this one is so perfect! I will treasure forever!!!
