They were amazing to work with always commenting back. Any questions I had they got back with me within a few days. I knew that it would take a while because I wanted it perfect. I was not rushing them at all because the end of product is what was important to me. I did not want it rushed. I wanted my Sam Pup to look just like Sam Pup and every detail was paid attention to all the photographs they let me send in all of the details I said about my Sam Pup was really taken to Heart and they did a wonderful job.

They did an incredible job with both plushes of our former pets, my oldest daughter's Kitty and my youngest daughter's Doggie. The girls had been missing our pets from growing up with them their whole lives, so when I found Petslify who offered reasonable pricing for very high quality materials and craftsmanship AND the ability to PREVIEW AND EDIT the designs to make sure they are crafted to look exactly like the Pets - I knew these would be the perfect Christmas Gift for my daughters. They LOVED them, lots of happy tears. I would absolutely use Petslify again. Highly recommend!

Our plushie brings much comfort!! It looks just like our little buddy. We miss him terribly. This guy goes with us camping and when we vacation! We love him.

We lost our Liam and my husband took it hard. I had “Liam” made for him and he loves it. Expectations must be realistic. While his face isn’t perfect, the similarities are there and we love him. I’m thinking of having one made for my niece of her departed “Stewie”.

Petslify did a tremendous job in creating our pet Spike. It’s so lifelike I speak when I enter the living room where we keep him. The plush is particularly comforting to my wife as they were extremely close. Thank you for such a realistic plush!

From start to finish, the team at Petslify, particularly through their compassionate and insightful communication, was incredibly helpful in creating my friend’s custom plush. They made the entire process remarkably easy to navigate, guiding us through each step with care. What truly stood out was their dedication to tweaking even the smallest details, ensuring that the final product was absolutely perfect. The resulting plush, 'Max,' was an uncanny twin to his real-life counterpart. Every little detail, from his wispy tail to his beautifully mottled grey fur, was replicated with such precision and artistry. My friend found immense comfort in this plush Max during a difficult time, and it has become a cherished memento. I honestly cannot praise Petslify enough. Their dedication to creating lifelike and comforting plush companions genuinely helps people navigate the challenging journey of grief, offering a tangible source of solace and remembrance.

Took a little longer than I had expected but when you want perfection it takes time. Well worth the wait. My beautiful deaf girl will now be laying in her favorite spot for a long long time. Thank you 😊

I have purchased two plushy that I’m really pleased with both the second time. I did purchase the preview before final and had just a few color issues. Send it back to the design team and we got that all worked out. I’m very pleased with both of my petaling plushies.
