Hey Joseph, You placed an order on Dec 5th, and the tracking shows it should be delivered today or tomorrow. The review request you received was triggered because a second order was processed yesterday. From the looks of it, the order from Dec 5th was set to reprocess today by the customer instead of the 30 day wait period. I assumed this was a mistake and have already cancelled and refunded it. However, if you did place a second order today, please let me know and ill fix. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our services. The review request was sent due to this mistake, as we would never send a second review request before an order is delivered.
