Coco loved the taste of the product. She considered it a treat. I started giving her 3 tabs per day and can honestly say that I did not see any improvement after one month. I spoke with Raf, who was very helpful and a good listener and he suggested that I try giving 4 tabs per day and I have complied. I will let you know if there is any improvement. Even though so far I do not see any improvement, I have to say that the company is reliable and a good listener to their customers. I would recommend anyone to give them a try and you might have good results.

I cancelled the order about 3 minutes after I placed it in error. The order that I did not want did not get canceled and I got charged.

After the order was placed, you did cancel; however, you canceled the subscriptions and future orders, not the order that was just placed. To cancel the order that was already placed, an email to support would have resolved this. We can send you a return label if you would like to return the product.
