Challenge accepted. First and foremost, we are sorry to hear about your dog. The last thing we want to do is send you an order that you do not want or need. I have gone ahead and refunded the most recent order. Please allow a couple of days for the refund to process back to your account. Regarding the phone number, we did need to replace it.
