Hey Christina, Itch chews can be tricky when it comes to palatability, as many of the ingredients that help dogs—like quercetin—tend to have a naturally bitter flavor. My dog has been taking these chews for years, and some days she eats them like a treat, other days she’ll eat them a few minutes later, and sometimes I’ll break them up into her food. At the end of the day, taste is the hardest thing to get right—as one dog may have no problem eating poop but than becomes Gordon Ramsay in regards to their supplement flavors but also have the most pickiest dog in the world eat our treats like its the Nathans Hot Dog eating championship. Are you unable to get your dog to eat them even when mixed into food, or would you prefer to return them for a refund? Let me know, Chris Founder

Hello Linda, I see that you placed two orders in April. The Fish oil which was delivered and also an Itch Allergy Plus Chews, that wasn't delivered. The itch allergy plus wasn't delivered due to "insufficient address". You didnt include the LOT # for your mobile home for this order so the carrier was unable to deliver. I went ahead and refunded the order. Please allow a couple of days for the funds to return. If you would like us to resend now that we have the correct address (from the other order), we can do so as well. Reviews mean a lot to our small business and one star hurts our rating and ultimately sales. Now that you were made aware that the order was delivered due to the customer not providing the complete address, I hope you will consider updating your review based on this new information . If you feel that PetScy did a one star job by not delivering the product to an incomplete address and swiftly refunding once we learned of the mistake, then please keep the review as is.
