Hey Diana, Our website is pretty easy to navigate. At the top of the site, you'll find a **Help** section that contains FAQs, including instructions on how to manage your account and subscription. You can also click on the **Account** link and log in using your email address. Once logged in, you'll be able to manage your subscription, update your information, change shipping dates, skip orders, or cancel future shipments as needed. You can also contact our support team, and they would be happy to assist you with any of these changes. In fact, I went ahead and canceled any future orders on your account so you don't have to worry about it. Hey Patricia, Itch & Allergy Chews can be a little tricky because many of the ingredients that help dogs with allergies are not the best-tasting ingredients. Can you help me understand a little more about what you're seeing? If the chew is left out all day, does your dog refuse to eat it entirely? Or does your dog eventually eat it later in the day? I ask because my own dog has been taking these chews for over 4 years, and more often than not, she doesn't eat them immediately. She'll usually come back and eat them later when she feels like it. For some reason, she's also much more likely to eat the chew if I break it in half first. Let me know what you're experiencing, and we'll see if we can help. Thanks, Chris Founder
