Hey Angie, I personally reviewed your order and wanted to provide some clarification regarding what happened. When ordering on our website, there are two purchase options available: A recurring subscription option, which is our most popular and lowest-priced option. A one-time purchase option, which is available through the toggle switch on the product page and is priced slightly higher. According to the order details, the recurring subscription option was selected during checkout. The good news is that we could have simply canceled the subscription portion while still allowing you to keep the original discounted pricing as a one-time purchase. I also reviewed the cancellation request. The subscription itself was successfully canceled, however the current order was not canceled prior to shipment. I understand that can definitely be confusing, as canceling a subscription and canceling an already processed order are handled separately in the system. At this point, we have two options: 1- We can provide you with a return label, or you may refuse the package upon delivery. Once tracking confirms the product is returning back to us, we will issue a full refund. 2-You may keep the product as a one-time purchase while still receiving the discounted pricing that was originally applied and also just refunded an additional $10 so you're getting an awesome price. Please let me know which option you would prefer and I will personally handle this for you. Thank you, Chris Founder
