Because I ordered a product they sent it to the wrong address and they said I was the one that type in that address

PetScy will never and go and update a customer’s address. Our system records every update and none were made to your account. Which means that the address that was provided by the customer is where the order was sent. Also, an email confirmation was sent on Sept 18. Please pull that email up as it will show the address entered by the customer. If it’s different than the address we mailed the orders to I will give you a $100 credit to PetScy. My team sent me over your response about keeping your money and will just order from Amazon. Even though we can close this case out I want to make sure this is resolved accordingly. Can you provide me the address it was supposed to be sent to? I will personally resolve as I want to make sure you become a 5 star customer. Look forward to your reply. Thank you Chris Founder.
