Fit and usage
I love the fact the collars have buckles so when my 2 Shepherds are playing they don't come off and the shitch from1 to 2 is better then a button.

Just received product
Just received product. Have not had enough time for it to work. So I've read it takes few doses before I see a difference.

Hey Lynn. On average customers start to signs of healing around week two or three. Note, their symptoms won’t 100% disappear. However, once they start to heal they will only get better. Once the product is proven I suggest updating your order to bulk orders to maximize savings. Thanks Chris Founder

I’m pleased with this product
I’m pleased with this product. Our dog was itching really bad and had hot spots from itching so much. It’s been almost two weeks and he does not itch that much and his hair it growing back and he plays so much more.

I ordered Itch Relief, still waiting
I ordered Itch Relief, the money was promptly taken out of my account. The product never came. I followed the tracking number, every day the supposed delivery date was changed to the next day. That was on Sept 11 this is now Sept 22. I finally contacted the company and they said they can't reimburse but will send another. Not sure if I'll ever see the product and I basicly donated money to this company. Without a product to return I can't get my money back. I've already ordered another product from another company, which I promptly received. I was so hopeful to see how Petscy's product would help my Chocolate, who knows maybe one day it will show up, but after 2 weeks it's looking doubtful and the replacement they said they are sending.. we'll see

Hey Cheryl. I am sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with my company. This is one of those frustrating situations where USPS/UPS had one job that they managed to screw up and in turn reflected poorly on PetScy. To protect PetScy from Fraud we will issue a new order first . I can promise you that we will resolve your issue if this second order doesn’t show up promptly. The first order will most likely show up once they figure out where they misplaced it. Obviously that’s yours to keep for free. Once again I apologize for their screw up. It sucks that we may have lost a customer due to our delivery service. Feel free to reply to this review if you have any questions or concerns now or in the future and I’ll personally resolve them as I want to do everything in my power to keep you as a customer and/or at least make you a 5 star reviewer based on our customer service. Received my order in timely order
Received my order in timely order. Finger’s crossed it will help my girl with scratching. One item was not received sent something else. Emailed them and sent picture of what I received extra fast respond. Happy so far, thanks for the good service
