Hey Kimberly, We appreciate you giving us a try. The chews usually take 2-3 weeks to show benefits. Note, your dog is not going to go from 100 to 0 overnight. You will want to look for small changes as that means the chews are working and your pup will only get better in time. Also consider if there are any allergens your pup may be exposed to as that will make it harder for the chew to break through. The most common is their food. It seems that a lot of customers we speak to the climate common is chicken flavored food and beef as well. I’m here if you need anything Thank you Chris Founder.

Hey Deborah. Thank you for the reply. So the chews are supposed to be a dark color. If the first order was darker/richer it just means that you received an order that just shipped from our manufacturer vs an order that sat in an A/C warehouse for a week or two. The chews are effective up to two years per lab testing regardless. As for buying reviews you’re somewhat correct as some brands can only exist with “fake reviews”. However, we spend a pretty penny paying Trustpilot each month to collect reviews for us. We do so as they’re the only credible review system that has automated checks and balances to verify if the review is from a real customer. If anyone attempts to plant fake reviews Trustpilot will send a cease and desist letter and go as far as pressing charges for Fraud. Pretty intense for a review company I might add. As you can imagine having Trustpilot does help with sales as we’re one of the few brands that are credible and show real reviews. I’m proud to say that we have a high rating from verified customers (that we didn’t have to pay for). We also have a small % of low star reviews as you can’t please everybody. Especially with a pet supplement that is very subjective and sometimes not the right solution to begin with. Now, I definitely do try and resolve those lower reviews as my goal is to make them a 5 star reviewer by resolving their issues or concerns. As for fake reviews I can tell you that any brand that has reviews on their website (and doesn’t pay for a third party company such as Trustpilot) are not paying for their reviews, they’re just writing the reviews themselves. I would stay away from those brands as they’re a scam. Anyway, we are sorry to lose you as a customer and wished the chews helped as they did for many of our other customers. But as mentioned previously, the chews just may not be the right fit for your pups, which happens. Thank you Chris. Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry the chews didn’t help your pups. Since our veterinarian’s are unable to evaluate your pets before ordering we have to leave it up to the customer to evaluate if this product is the right fit for their underlining condition. If the chews didn’t help it sounds like your dogs maybe exposed to an environment allergen on a daily basis. If so, a supplement will not overcome such acute exposure. But it also can be that it’s just not the right fit for your dog. As for the chew itself. It’s helped tens thousands of other dogs. So there may be some external factors that might may be effecting their results OR it just wasn’t the right fit. None the less. There’s a reason why our itch chews have so many 5 star (verified) reviews and has been a great substitute for allergy shots or Apaquel. Also, may I ask if there is any other issues or problems besides the chews not helping ? Maybe there’s something we can improve on if there’s something else. Thank you Chris Founder
