I’m sorry to hear that USPS/UPS has delayed your order. It’s a shame that we fulfilled your order on the day it was placed but yet we are getting the one star review for something that is out of our control. What is in our control is how we handle situations like this. For example, if the product was lost or takes longer than 20 days we would refund or replace. Checking tracking it shows that it will be delivered tomorrow. I hope you will consider updating your review once received. I also recommend you leave your one star review with USPS/UPS as they’re the business that’s causing the delay, not Petscy. I am personally handling your case. The directions state that it takes 2-3 weeks for the chews to show results. I would say that’s a pretty good sign if it’s only been 3 days and his scratching has decreased even a small amount.. It means it’s working and they will only get better. Thank you for your business. Chris Founder
