Hello Edward. Reviewing the orders it shows that on Nov 14th you placed an order for the monthly Recurring option for one unit of itch chews. So the order that processed this morning was the order automatically processing and sent as it’s been 30 days. I see you come back on Dec 5th and placed a larger order that was also purchased on a “monthly recurring” basis. I went ahead and cancelled any future orders from rebilling. As for the smaller order that processed today, that’s was sent out already, you can either refuse the order and email us back once you do so and we will provide you a full refund. Also, when you place another order in the future make sure you order from the “one time purchase” tab and not the “recurring” tab that shows all of the same products set to a monthly subscription. Reviews are important to us. I hope you consider updating your review now that you’re aware of the situation and that PetScy acted as instructed. Let me know if you have any questions. Hey Wendy. Our chews have helped thousands of dogs and even saved some dogs from euthanasia due to their suffering, so I am sorry it didn’t help with your pup. Our chews are made with proven ingredients so a dogs skin should never get worst unless the dog is allergic to the pork flavoring. If allergic, we do not recommended our pork flavored chews. Also, if they’re allergic to the pork flavoring, they’re probably allergic to chicken or beef flavor dog food. So if you’re feeding your dog those flavors you may have found the root of their skin issues and should try replacing their food asap. As for integrity, that’s not true. I am reading the support ticket as I type this. You emailed us on Tuesday and the next morning we emailed you back providing our return information and a separate email with the free return label. Did you not receive the reply from [email protected] 9:28am? (Please check your spam box as well.) We understand that our product may not be the right fit and therefore Petscy offers a money back guarantee. I think this just a matter of our email reply getting lost in your inbox. Happy to help get this resolved as we always provide a 5 star no matter if they believe it or not. I hope now that you know the situation you will consider updating your review based on how we resolved this issue due to a simple miss communication. Finally I went ahead and refunded the order without any return needed. We are a honest company but not perfect. Thanks Chris Founder
