The product arrived here frozen solid. Not sure if it will still be effective.

Hey Cheryl. Sorry to hear that the chews were frozen. As you can imagine we really don’t have control over the carrier. However, we will always resolve if there’s an issue. As for the chews, they will be just as effective. Thank you Chris Founder
