Understood. The way Trustpilot' s reviews works is the request goes to everyone. I wish we control the requests so they wouldn't go to brand new customers such as yourself and only to the customers who've been on subscription for a couple of months. However, we look forward to your follow up. The chews can show benefits within the first week to 5 weeks, just depends on the pup. Look for small changes. If your pup shows the slightest improvement, it means the chews are helping and will continue to get better. I would suggest at least two months to fully understand if they're helping. Update 12/20/22: Hello Edel, Following back up as I see that the order was delivered but wanted to confirm? If so, I hope you will consider updating you review based on on the items Petscy has control over such as response and customer service. The carrier seems to be the reason for your frustration, unless there’s something else you were unhappy with? Thanks Chris Founder We utilize UPS and sometimes they have delays with orders to Canada. Being that shipping is out of our control we’d appreciate if you updated your review based on the services that we can control. Thanks Chris Founder

Hey Richard. I’m probably stating the obvious but is there anything that changed around week 3 such as an exposure to an allergen? Also, my pitty weighs 60lbs and I give her two chews a day instead of 1 daily chew. One in the morning and one before bed (to help with her sleep). Or 1.5 chews in the morning. Maybe that will help.
