A tracking label was sent to your aol email yesterday. Please check your spam box. If you can not locate you will need to contact support at 813-448-5000 or [email protected] and they will resend. However, it will end up in your spam box again. As for our return fees we do charge a $20 to cover the shipping on any orders over $80. We state this on our return policy that’s located on Petscy.com. We do this to protect us from fraud and to cover the costs if a customer places a large order only to send to back without utilizing.
