Mr Welch, I am sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our policies. Let me state first that we never automatically put a customer on a subscription order. The customer chooses if they’d like the product as a one time purchase or a recurring order. You the customer chose the recurring option. If you log on to Petscy.com you will see that both options are presented to the customer during the ordering process . As for the return fee, we do charge a $20 fee to cover the shipping costs on larger orders to protect Petscy from fraud and other costs due to customers not managing their subscription order accordingly. Please let me know if there’s anything we could’ve done differently as I will review all recommendations to better my brand. However, I believe a lot of your frustration stems from believing that Petscy placed you in an automatic billing cycle when really that option is chosen by the customer. I do appreciate and hope to keep you as a customer. Therefore, I let my team know to waive the $20 fee to return those items since it seems like a honest mistake on your end. Chris Founder

It's truly disheartening to hear that your progress with the itch relief was lost due to this inconvenience, especially considering the positive impact it was having on your elderly dog's skin issue. Upon investigation, it appears that your order was addressed correctly on our end. However, we regret to inform you that there seems to have been an issue with the delivery process handled by UPS. Unfortunately, we have encountered similar situations in the past where UPS drivers have claimed address issues despite the orders being correctly labeled. We understand the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused, especially given the importance of the product for your pet's well-being. Please know that we are committed to rectifying this matter and ensuring that you receive the support you need to address your dog's skin issue.
