Hey Laurie, I personally reviewed your profile and can see that last month you placed an order for the 2-pack Itch & Allergy Chews. At checkout, the monthly subscription option was selected, which is set to rebill every month. I went ahead and issued a $10 refund for the inconvenience, as I assume the subscription may have been selected by mistake. If you would prefer a full refund, I can also send you a return label. Please also let me know if you'd like me to cancel, postpone, or adjust your subscription. Keep in mind that you locked in a nice subscription discount, so you may prefer to customize the schedule rather than cancel it altogether, but that's completely your call. I can push your next order back by 30, 60, 90 days—or even several months—and I can also change how frequently it rebills going forward. For example, if you'd like your next order to process five months from now and then rebill every two months after that, I can set it up that way. Hey Valerie, Sorry for the confusion. The order was sent because it had already been processed, and the rescheduling applied to the next order. Right now, it shows that your September order is skipped and your next order was scheduled for October 18th. However, I went ahead and pushed that back to November 18th assuming you're set for a while. Hey Roxana, Thank you for the feedback. Tracking currently shows an estimated delivery date of Saturday. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets there earlier, as Indiana is one of those hubs where DHL sometimes makes an unnecessary extra stop. If speed is an issue, we also sell our products on Amazon. They do cost a little more there, as Amazon builds the faster shipping into the cost. Hey Melanie, I appreciate the feedback, and I can understand how seeing multiple offers when you're simply trying a product for the first time could feel like too much. There’s a lot that goes into e-commerce and why brands present additional offers, but the simple answer is that many customers actively look for discounts, bundles, or opportunities to try additional products at a better price. Some of these offers appear after checkout as well, but they're completely optional and can simply be closed or skipped. That said, your feedback about the overall experience is helpful, and we'll take it into consideration. As for the quality of the product, I hope you'll ultimately judge us on how the chews work for your dog. We don't cut corners on the formula. We use meaningful amounts of ingredients like Quercetin and Colostrum, which are relatively expensive ingredients, while still trying to keep our price competitive. The message you received about sharing the product was regarding our affiliate program, not a pyramid or multi-level marketing program. It's simply an optional referral program where customers can earn a commission if they choose to recommend PetScy and someone purchases through their link. There's no requirement to participate, purchase inventory, recruit anyone, or pay anything to join. Let me know if you have any questions.
