Hey David, You placed your order at 8:34 PM on August 4th, and it was picked up the following day, August 5th. Tracking shows that it is scheduled to be delivered today, three business days after your order was placed. We also offer our products on Amazon if you prefer faster delivery. However, they are priced slightly higher there due to the additional costs associated with Amazon’s faster fulfillment. A tracking email was sent to the email address on file on August 5th, which included a link where you could view all shipping and delivery updates. Since reviews are very important to our overall rating, and your order was processed promptly and is being delivered within the expected timeframe, I hope you’ll consider updating your review based on this additional timeline information.
